Good luck to LeJoggers

Very best wishes to Heather, Bill and John G. Doing LeJog (that's cycling Lands End to John O Groats, not a french running race). Starting this weekend. Hope you have good weather, a successful trip and raise plenty of money for charity.

And if anyone would like to donate to our chosen charity, The Alzheimers Society, feel free to use our Justgiving page - every little helps!

how are you going to fit boards and sails on your bikes? Or have Heather and Bill cunningly modified the trailer to be towed behind a tandem?

PS Good luck! Hope the weather is kind and not too windy on your side of the country without of course restricting wind along the south coast in your absence...

OK - we're (nearly) off! Trains to Penzance from far afield tomorrow, leave on Le Big Trip on Monday.

Follow us on the LEJOG Blog!

Donate to Alzheimer's Society on the Justgiving page.

Cheers, John, Heather and Bill

Great blog John (wouldn't expect anything less) part of my evening routine now to track the gang's progress. Well done all of you on progress to date.
