Sold two sails on eBay a couple of months back to a guy from Weston Supermare. He couldn't pick them up until today and as soon as he stepped out the car I thought " I know this guy". His name is Neil Thompson and he was a member of OM some years back. He has since gone over to the dark side ( Kite-ing ! ). He wants me to say hello to anyone who remembers him. I have his email address if any one wants to get in touch.

Merry Christmas to Ocean Motioners everywhere. My New Years resolution is to sail more next year - see you on the beach. Steve

Merry Christmas Steve. I must use the same resolutions as you.

I remember Neil. Last time I saw him was a chance meeting in Dingle, Kerry in 2004 or 5.

Hi Steve, perhaps you could remind Neil that he was supposed to email me having got my email address off Guy Cribb.
I last saw Neil 2 months ago when he loaded a load of muddy windsurf kit into the back of his car for x6 of us to save a long walk, blowing 50 knots in Dingle - recurring theme!!

Oh yes I remember Neil. In particular a tea bagging lesson he gave Dave Thompson (no relation) out in Margarita which involved Dave being dragged 100 yards underwater at about 30 knots cos he couldn't release the kite that Neil had helpfully hooked him to - oh happy memories...
