The new event schedule - any requests??

Your event sec is busy running a complete weather and tidal simulation for all the usual haunts for 2018, in order to generate an optimal event schedule - as if! Here are a couple of points I'd like some feedback on, otherwise I'll just make it up as usual, and people can direct their comments to /dev/null:

- How about a Bramblebush on May Day weekend (5-6 May), instead of Weymouth/Bigbury? It's a neap tide, so would be great! Can we ever have enough Bramblebush?!
- Happy to put North Devon and Weymouth in for Whit Weekend (26-27 May) - ok Nigel?
- National Watersports Festival is on 8-10 Jun at Rutland, so putting that in on the off-chance that Jackie goes...
- Summerbash Calshot 15 July alright for everyone? We'll have to book up soon, so need to know ASAP

Get back to me, directly or via this forum thread, as soon as you can please, preferably by the weekend i.e. by Easter Saturday.

May Bramblebush, can't guarantee, but not being in Weymouth might make it more likely that we show up
26-27 May we are in Polzeath/Daymer. Anyone else?
Calshot looks good at the mo

OK, surfers!! I've added a few events for 2018, at the usual, even traditional, locations. I'm going to confirm the Summerbash date on Monday. I would expect to add a few more Haylings if we fancy that, and of course, any more requests (Borth, Nigel!), send 'em in!

Hosts for the long weekend events are welcome to apply - your willingness is noted and appreciated, Nigel.

See you on a beach somewhere.

BORTH week sat 16th june till sun 24th june to include a visit to the zip wire & surf center at Snowdon, mark c will be doing a number of mounting biking rides & visits to other known windsurfing / surfing beaches in the area , along with some of the usual suspects, possible camping by the beach. Questions to Mark as I have not been there.
