Well, it was a very low-key sailing weekend, and I did try, but not as hard as Bill and Heather, who actually did do some sailing on the Sunday. Did do some surfing, so good job i brought the board. Excellent driftwood barbies, v. relaxed time, left late on Sun night and missed all the traffic! Good to see everyone 
!

Great to see everyone, and good to get out at Westward Ho in the small waves on Monday, shame the wind died. I suppose 10 or 15 minutes sailing isn't much to shout about out of 5 whole days, but the cycling / walking / barbies / pubs and evening audiences with Chris "Strap me to a tree and call me Brenda" certainly made up for it. See you all next time.

A ten minute sail and hard work to get planing.
Wind came up, Heather was already out, but by the time I rigged up the wind died again.

An excellent sail at Westward Ho! Nicely powered up on 6.6 and great fun in the swell.
Shame that everyone else had gone home by then.
