Poole Windfest, 14th to 16th September 2007

Alas I had to finally hang up my harness at this event. At 5 months pregnant I can no longer squeeze myself into it. Still, it wasn't the best conditions anyway, although Mark got a reasonable session on my Jp Xcite ride 135 and 6m sail.
No other ocean-motioners made it out this weekend (although we did bump into Mike P in the car park) so it was just myself and Mark left to prop up the bar down at Poole Quay. Had a rather nice fish supper though and got to see some local parade (not sure what the event was but it involved giant fish and squid parading down the quay). All in all a pleasant if not exciting weekend.
