Beth - California/African transplant that drives a big blue van with flowers on it. I love waves and am hopeless in freestyle. Maybe I should take a Jem Hall course.

I live on Hayling so that is the main place I sail and I have seen it with over mast high waves with perfect side shore wind...or otherwise. It is a very changeable location. My favourite spots are Kimmeridge and Gwithians...or Cape Verde really.

I ride Naish sails and Naish boards and my favourite is 4.2 with my tiny 69 litre board.

Besides wavesailing I like to surf, mountain bike, kayak surf, run, and write poetry. At one time, pre-children, I competed internationally in all these sports. Currently I am a full time mom of two girls Rebecca and Lucinda. At one time I was a marine microbiologist.

I'm really looking forward to being part of some stellar events this season and hopefully the wind will play our game as well.
