Sailing w/e 5th 6th Dec

Anyone planning on sailing this w/e? We are on springs, and tides not ideal with HT @ ~13:30, but workable. AM sesh best perhaps? Pagham looking like a good option on Sun am. Springs - wind quite southerly. Sat also looking doable. Any takers? Other ideas?

Hoping to get out one day over the weekend, not sure where yet.
However I got an email from Andy Biggs yesterday to say there is a Tabou / Severne demo day on Sunday. Sounds like a great idea if the wind is as unsettled as it has been of late. Don't need to get cold rigging your own kit, easy to change sail size and it's someone else's kit that gets trashed in the shore dump. Not sure why they are having a demo day on a high tide but at least it should be windy for them!

And it should be the Hayling Boot Fair (1st sunday of the month).

sorry Andrew - the same email also said the boot fair was ending for the winter so won't be on this weekend!

Pagham looks like a good option on Saturday, definitely a before lunch session. Hayling might be a better option for Sun anyway as there is lots of west in it.

Mike, I saw your mate Ant Baker at Witterings on Thursday - he said you were crap. I stood up for you mate.

He must have been in a good mood then. LoL.

Wind is WSW so heading to Hayling this morning as too W for Paggers. Roger coming down. Any other takers? Mike.

well the rain's stopped and the sun's come out so I think I am going to head down to Hillhead if anyone cares to join me? Whilst the demo at Hayling is tempting, high tide is about 2pm so might be a bit of a challenge getting out.
