Hi Beth, as we have the previous week off work we were planning on getting to Calshot on the Friday and staying Friday night as well. Is that OK or should I check with Calshot directly?

For Friday - you better contact them. You can only camp there as part of a group unless you are a member of their camping club. Go ahead and contact them, because they may let you do Friday.

Hi- Ill be there with the boys (that includes Lawrence!!). Do people want to do a 'bring kiddy food to share' for a picnic again? It worked pretty well last year. Also- Ill bring the bike route that I did last year- in case there isnt any wind.

For anyone else planning on staying on the Friday night you just need to call calshot direct, tell them you are part of OMWC (they will only let you stay on the friday if you are part of a group) and then they'll take payment and send you a booking form.
Hi Nuala - yes. I think we'll be up for picnic kiddy food - worked really well last year and the children seemed to enjoy it too!

Hi Beth, just sent the payment - a bit late possibly but hopefully not - planning to come and bring the family if poss. The prize for windsurfing most often is too difficult, so I think we should introduce one for 100% attendence at the bashes and no windsurfing just for me!! Martin

After such a good event last year (with wind as well) Sheena, Rory, Iona and I will definitely be there.

I'm doind a sponsered cycle ride on the Saturday but will come down on the Sunday for the day to catch up with everyone.

We're paid up for Friday, so will be sailing either Lepe or Calshot if there's any wind that day. Forecast looking pretty good for the weekend at present too.
