Some researchers have all the luck - the local authority commissioned them to find out if the new reef purchased by Boscombe was as curvaceous as it should be. Many test rides later, they said that it needed more oomph per pound£. This agreed with the chatter from all the windsurfers who had tried it. So hopefully, the contractors will improve it a little.
