Hi All, I'm after a Mistral Windglider for Mili (6years old)

I thought this would be a good start on the water, unless anyone has some other suggestions?

Thanks

Hi Pete
I actually saw someone (pretty much a beginner) on one the other day and have to say I wasn't that impressed. The 'board' seemed to lack directional stability and from what I could see the rig components looked a bit flaky. When Nayra gets to Mili's stage I think I will be looking for a kiddy rig on ebay (quite a few seem to come up) and putting it on a conventional wideish board.
Anyway, if there is a windglider owner out there they might want to contradict me :)
Hopefully see you soon, we plan to be at the Summerbash

Hi Pete,
Had some mail issues so not sure if you got this before so .... have you thought about a mistral soft deck board? My daughter learnt on this at a similar age, and being longer it does have much more directional stability and 'feels' like proper kit. It can also double up as a surfboard (or paddle board I guess) on wavey or windless days for an adult or child! Give me a call on 07738 551455 if you want to know any more.
