This is the only festival designed specifically for intermediate-standard windsurfers.

What?s Going On?
Now in its 7th year, the NWF will take place at Beachlands, Hayling Island, Hampshire on Friday 7th to Sunday 9th September 2012.
Entry can be booked online and includes EVERYTHING! Namely;
1. Optional entry to simple ?Master Blaster? intermediate windsurf and SUP races, open to all ages (including juniors) / genders / equipment-types with hundreds of industry-sponsored prizes to be won
2. Trade show showcasing all the latest 2013 Windsurfing / SUP equipment
3. Incredible Night Windsurf ? win the chance to take part!
4. Industry presentations and opportunity to meet and chat with the UK's finest Pro-sailors
5. Beach Parties with live entertainment, on both Friday and Saturday nights
6. FREE land and water-based tuition with top coaches Bornhoft, Hart, Baker, Hall and Collis!
7. FREE car parking and camping throughout the festival
8. FREE NWF or NSUPF event rash vest
9. FREE lunch on Saturday
10. Extreme Paddle - a fun competition consisting of run, bike and inflatable SUP.
11. Kite demo on Saturday & Sunday on Kite Beach.

Why not get a team together for the National Windsurfing Festival? Groups of 3 or more can enter as a team and there are prizes galore. Brogborough Lake have 35 going and have even had special T shirts made up!

Here's the plan
I'm offering you the chance to be part of Team Windwise. This will be a collective of multi level windsurfers who have done courses/seminars with me in the past and other windsurfing friends they might know. The idea is to add some extra assistance and team spirit to your participation at the NWF and hopefully make it more fun.
THIS IS WHAT YOU GET
FRI 7th SEPT A FREE PRE EVENT SIMON BORNHOFT CLINIC!
10.30-2pm INN ON THE BEACH - LOOK FOR WINDWISE FLAGS & DEMO KIT!
SAT 8th & SUN 9th SEPT MEETING TIME: AFTER 1st NWF RACE BRIEFING 9-10AM SB will assist you in preparing for the races to help take away any trepidation that you might have.
This could be helping with kit set up, technique, tactics and just getting sorted for a race.
STARBOARD TUSHY DEMO KIT & SOCIAL
TEAM WINDWISE will have access to some wonderful Starboard/Tushingham kit. But you MUST still bring enough kit for yourself, this is just a top up. There won't be enough for all of you to try something new at the same time, but we hope to give you the opportunity to try a selection of Freeride kit. I'll have a range of sails from 5-8m and a selection of boards. We will have some form of TEAM WINDWISE base near the Starboard demo kit so we can use that to keep food, drink, hang out and pool the kit.
ALL I ASK IS.....
1. You put WINDWISE sail stickers on your rigs that you use for the event.
2. Being a 'team', we can help each other and hopefully give you a better experience at the event.
3. I obviously want to spread the Windwise word during the event, at my technique demos and basically make some noise!
4. Do invite any other windsurfing friends you might have!

To be part of the event go to NWF website and sign up for the Freeride class as normal.

Have now decided to give it a miss as I have windsurfing lessons to give in the this wonderful high pressure back in Essex - have fun!
