Day 1 of my one day SB looping course was moved to Pagham because of an East Northeast forecast. My first trip to shingleshire in ages, on the downside it was a much longer journey than I thought and the wind and ramps never quite got up to enough for any proper attempts. On the plus side I picked up loads of tips of where I'm going wrong and now have plenty to practice before day 2 of the one day course takes place later in the year. Despite the conditions, I can't rate the tuition of mr Bornhoft highly enough. I wish I'd booked on a course much sooner, I would recomend anyone thinking of learning forwards getting proper tuition, I could have saved plenty of bruising and broken kit by doing it sooner. Unfortunately it looked like today must have been a top quality day at home as evidenced by the tree across the lawn when we got back.
