Beautiful sunny day, plenty of wind - lovely. It turned out that there was enough wind for my 92l board but was having such fun I couldn't be bothered to go in to change. Great afternoon.

Was really pleased to have OMWC members around. I don't sail much in waves so was good to see others going out and being encouraging. Had great fun in the waves. Gained in confidence and even pulled off some ok gybes. Was a bit overpowered but next sail down was 4.5m and I hate changing sails anyway! A good afternoons sailing.

On the water at 10am. Beautiful, sunny day. Powered up having a lovely time. After about 1.30pm wind picked up but was much more gusty. Changed to 92l board. However, it was getting towards high tide and was a rather lumpy so decided to call it a day. Great day.

Sat outside the beach hut with Audrey, Bill and Andrew. The wind swung round, the sea breeze kicked in and a rigging frenzy followed. Had great fun sailing - rather overpowered at times but was having such fun couldn't be bothered to come in and change boards. A great bonus as the wind forecast had not been great! Just shows what a sea breeze can do.

Beautifuil sunny day, easterly wind. Decided to wait for the tide to come in quite a bit before rigging and sailing - silly. Forgot that sea breeze tends to reduce rather than increase the wind when it comes from the East!! So planing well for a bit then the wind dropped so just pottering about. Andrew, Bill and Audrey all there - although Audrey decided not to sail as the wind had dropped by the time she had rigged.
All went to the Henty Arms for the evening - good food and plenty of drink consumed. Lovely day even though I mis-timed the sailing.

Headed down later than I intended but had a lovely if brief sail in the sunshine. Wind dropped so did a few tacks before packing up. Lovely.

Had a brief sail. A bit nippy compared to recent days. A bit choppy rather than swell but nice to be out.
