Got down early for High tide. Great wind and waves and mild weather. Rigged small but whilst talking with John the wind dropped slightly so rigged 6.2 on JP98. Good waves on the sand bar but after 1 hour the wind came right up. Thankfully left the small kit still rigged so a quick swap and back to the sand bar.

Arrived early with Matt. On the water for just before high tide and with the wind up it was great. Sand bar worked well but a bit mushy inside. Only matt and myself out. Sailed till mid afternoon but then the wind dropped so called it a day. Hope Sunday went well.

What a day, although only 10-12knots very warm. Out came the formula gear and back on with the shorty and we were off. Good blasts across the Solent from Hamble to Cowes. Forgot how much fun big kit can be....

Good blast. Started 6.9 but by lunch dropped to 6.1. Shame about low water. Got very shallow near the shore. Let's home the winds here to stay.

Got there early and glad I did as by the afternoon the wind dropped. A little disappointed as was hoping for alot more wind. Good to see a few old faces there.

Nice day but not as much wind as forecast. Decided to sail from Calshot, pass Lepe and towards Lymington and then across to Gunard. Cruising day in the sunshine. Hopefully back here next week with the club......

Matt & i Left work mid afternoon for a great session at calshot. 20-30 knots. Rigged a little large but was able to hang on. Good crowd out. Shame about getting dark early.

Matt and I sailed off the front of calshot from 5pm. Worried wind would drop we rigged big but no... the wind came up. Good nights sail till dark.. Followed by bacon & Brie baguettes in the cafe. What more can you ask for

Matt & I decided to sail up Southampton river to the boat show. Perfect wind and direction.
Moored on pontoon next to 50' yachts. Free entry. How cool is that.
Then we were asked to leave.......
Good run back.
