Started off ok but the wind soon dropped off and ended up blobbing about.

Super sail in a SSW wind. Fortunately went for a 6.6 instead of the 5.7 some people were rigging, wouldn't have been enough. Some nice steep ramps and a decent swell, great fun.

Had friends coming to stay later so got down to the beach reasonably early and had a nice sail, even got some sun! plenty of OMWCers down for the event.

The forecast showed the wind dropping later so went down to the front in the morning. Sea was amazing with waves crashing over the shoring and flying back as far as the huts. Needless to say no one was out so I headed off to Esso. Rigged a 5.7 thinking the wind would start to drop, instead it just went on picking up until I could only sheet in in the lulls. Couldn't be bothered to go in and change down so hung on for another hour or so, then a massive rain squall came through and things got ridiculous so called it a day.

Sailed at Esso to avoid the big shore dump on the front. Really nice sail well powered up with some nice swells.

Was expecting a bit more wind today but there was still enough for a blast about. No swell at all, which was a surprise after all the recent wind. Nice and sunny though.

Wind didn't play ball so blobbed about for a while, some nice little swells on the way back in.
